Islam Awareness Week 2009 (IAW)
(Monday 23rd Feb - Saturday 28th Feb)

Banyak talk dan aktiviti menarik dijalankan sepanjang IAW09 oleh USIC.

Antara aktiviti yang berlangsung sepanjang minggu ini:

1. Monday - Islam and Feminism. 6pm @ Arts Tower LT4 by Sister Ameena.
2. Tuesday - Human rights in Islam? 7.00pm @ MTL1 by Dr Jamal Badawi.
3. Wednesday – Does God Exist? 6pm @ Arts Tower LT4 by Brother Shiraz Khan
4. Thursday - Shariah; Myth or Reality? 6pm @ Hicks Building LT01 by Sheikh Omer El Hamdoon.
5. Saturday - Mosque Open Day. 10am-2pm @ Muslim Welfare House Sheffield, 10 - 12 Severn Road, Broomhill Sheffield S10 2SU. All welcome, FREE refreshments and literature and a tour of the mosque.
6. Also, on Tuesday, Give it a Go - An evening with a Muslim@ 5.30pm, tickets at box office. Stalls everyday 10am-2pm and tent in source with Henna, Arabic calligraphy, FREE sweets.
